Shipping policy
All orders are packed within 1-2 working days, and we drop them off to Royal Mail on the following morning.
All our products are in stock in the UK to make sure you receive your order very quickly. Estimated delivery time from the drop off is 2-3 working days with the Tracked 48 service. Please note that this service is not a guaranteed time frame, just estimated. During strikes there can be a couple day delays.
You package can be considered lost only 10 working days after the due date (which is 13 working days in total after dispatch date). In this unfortunate event we will offer a refund or re-send. Unfortunately we cannot process claims earlier than this date.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, but estimated. Please leave 5 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.
If your package is lost (10 working days after the due date), we will re-send it to you (or refund as you wish).
If delivery was attempted, you need to contact your closest Royal Mail delivery office with the tracking number to re-schedule a delivery or collect it.
If you give us an insufficient address your delivery will take much longer as it will come back to us first, then we contact you and send it out again. If we cannot reach you, you will get a refund.
It is your responsibility to leave us the correct shipping address. If you leave incorrect address and it was successfully delivered there, we will not refund or re-send it. Please make sure the shipping address is correct.
If you give us an incorrect address and your package will be returned to us by the courier, we will refund your order costs except the postage cost as we cannot claim this money back. Same applies if the address is incomplete or you refuse the package. This postage cost will be deducted from your refund. You can place a new order with the correct address again.

Please note that Royal Mail strikes are outside of our control.
We are unable to re-send or refund your order when tracking shows it is still on the way, however 10 working days after the due date we can offer a refund or re-post.
