Refund policy
Returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please drop and email to info@meowtown.co.uk for return details within 14 days after receiving the item. Then you will have another 14 days to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags on.
Unfortunately we cannot accept return from "For Cats" category products such as cat toys, beds, etc., unless it is completely unused, due to hygienic reasons.
You need to cover your own return postage costs.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note, if we receive the returned item used, damaged and not re-sellable condition, we will not process a refund. Any faults or damages you find must be photographed and reported to us in advance, before you post it back.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Please note that return postage costs will not be covered.
If you give us an incorrect address and your package will be returned to us by the courier, we will refund your order costs except the postage cost. You can place a new order with the correct address again paying the full cost again.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us some photos of the item, and the purchase details to: info@meowtown.co.uk
We might ask you to return the faulty products with our free return label.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please ask for a proof of postage at the post office (if we do not receive the product and you do not have a proof of postage we are unable to give you a refund), and consider using a trackable method.

Cancelling the order
Packing and shipping your order can take as little as 30 minutes for up to 24 hours on working days. For this reason you can cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing your order. After this time we are unable to guarantee that your order hasn't been posted (or a personalised item hasn't been printed) yet. If we have already posted/made your item, you are responsible to return the package first to receive an order refund. Please see return policy for more informations. Please note that personalised items are not eligible for refund.
If you place an order with incorrect address
If you accidentally gave us an incorrect address and your package will be returned to us by the courier, we will refund your order costs except the postage cost. You can place a new order with the correct address, paying the full cost with new shipping, as we have to buy a new label for that.
If you give incorrect address and tracking shows that your package had been successfully delivered to that address, it is your responsibility to claim this item from your neighbours. We are only responsible to post and send the item to the address you gave us.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders without reason.
