Who we are?
We are a small, family run webshop and physical store for cat lovers, based in London. The idea of the business is originated from our love for our cat, who brings so so much happiness, fun and love into our life. Our aim is to provide a wide range of beautiful, quality, creative and unique cat themed products and gifts for all the cat lovers across the UK. We would also like to create a community on social media for cat lovers and cat owners, to share our thoughts, have fun, help, find friends, or just have a chat with like-minded, crazy cat people just like us.

Can I shop in person?
Can I shop in person?
We are so glad to announce our first physical store opening. You can find us at 24 Chalk Farm Road NW1 8AG in Camden Town, London. Product range is not entirely the same as online as we handle the two stock separately, but very very similar, we make sure the bestsellers are always available both online and in person.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your package within 24 hours on working days, rarely it can take up to 48 hours. Delivery time is usually 2 working days from the time of drop off.
After packing your order, we drop it off on the following morning on working days.
Please note that Tracked 48 service is not guaranteed 2 days, only estimated time.
What are the delivery costs?
It depends on the item weight and size, most of the products are small Royal Mail parcels but depending on weight and size it varies between £2.99 and £4.99.
But the best thing is, you can get FREE delivery if you order over £50 :)
I am ordering a gift for someone
If you order presents for your loved ones, please allow a couple of extra days for delivery to avoid disappointment.
Please let us know in the order notes at the checkout page if you don't want us to put invoice or marketing material into the package. You can also drop us an email asap to: info@meowtown.co.uk , and we can send you the invoice via email.
We can also put a small kitty themed greeting card into the package, with your personal greetings or notes, for free of charge. Please specify your request in the order notes during checkout or drop us an email asap to: info @meowtown.co uk.

We strongly recommend you to choose Tracked 24 service when ordering gifts, and leave a couple of extra days for the order to arrive, as these services are not guaranteed. Royal Mail Tracked 48 service usually takes 2 working days, but rarely it can take up to 10 days to deliver.
Where is my order?
All items are shipped out with tracking. If you haven't received your tracking number please drop us an email to info@meowtown.co.uk , and we can check the number for you.
I haven't received my order yet
Please leave 2 weeks for delivery before contacting us.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 service aims to deliver within 2-3 days, but it is not guaranteed. You package can be considered lost only 10 working days after the due date (which is 13 working days in total after dispatch date). In this unfortunate event we will offer a refund or re-send. We cannot process claims earlier than this date.
Please understand that Royal Mail delays are outside of our control.
If you leave us incomplete address, or you refuse delivery, and the package comes back to us, we will refund your order excluding postage cost, and you can place a new order with the correct details.
If you leave incorrect address such as wrong door number or postcode, and they successfully deliver to that address you gave us, we cannot offer any refund or re-send. It is your responsibility to give us the correct details. For more info please refer to our shipping policy at the bottom of the page.
I have changed my mind about the purchase, can I get a refund?
Sure, you have 14 days after you have received your order to start a return process. Please drop us an email to info@meowtown.co.uk for return details. Please return the unused item in its original condition and packaging. You will need to cover your own return postage costs. We will inspect the product the same day when we receive it, and we will process the full refund for you. It can take 3-10 working days for your money to arrive back to your account (a few days extra if you have payed via paypal e-cheque).
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns from "For Cats" category due to hygienic reasons unless it is in unopened and unused condition.
Please note, if we receive the returned item used, damaged and not re-sellable condition, we will not process a refund. If there is anything wrong with the item, please follow the next steps:
My item is faulty/wrong
If your order arrives damaged or faulty or you have received the wrong product, please send us some photos or video to info@meowtown.co.uk , where the fault and damage is clearly visible. We will send you a new item while stock lasts (or refund when out of stock). Depending on the item/damage, we might ask you to return the product first, with our free return label. We will post the replacement right after your return has arrived.
