Physical gift card will be sent to you by post. It will also be emailed to you if you leave us your email address during checkout.

Redemption Instruction:
Our gift card can only be redeemed online in our webstore.
It can be used to purchase any products in our range (except gift card:)).
Our Gift Card has no expiry date.
You don’t have to spend the full amount on the card in one go. Your order cost will be taken from the balance of your gift card until it is zero.
We are not responsible for your gift card or e-voucher if it is lost, stolen or damaged. We do not have access to your personal code, so please keep it safe.
If you give us your email address during checkout, you will receive your card number in email as well.
Gift cards and E-Gift Cards are not eligible for refund/return, they cannot be re-sold and you cannot swap it for cash.
If we send the gift card straight to the recipient, please leave an order note during the checkout process so we won't put invoice into the package (or you can drop us a mail asap to: info@meowtown.co.uk)
Please note that you cannot purchase gift card with a discount voucher but you can use it when you spend it!
